Woodruff Property Taxes

The Town of Woodruff property taxes are ready and will be mailed today, Friday, Dec. 5, 2025. You may also search and print your tax bill from the homepage of our website. Look to the right buttons at the top of this page.

You may pay your taxes online, as well. There is a 2.9% + $.30 fee on credit card transactions, but ACH (electronic check payments) are only .08% with a $5 cap. Again, navigate to the top right tabs on this homepage.

Taxes paid by check may be dropped at the town drop box at 1418 1st Ave., or delivered to the front office staff 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Make checks out to the Town of Woodruff and be sure to enter your parcel # in the memo. Your parcel number is at the top right of your bill and starts with WR-.

Mail payments to Town of Woodruff, P.O. Box 560, Woodruff, WI, 54568. If it is a mortgage check made out to you and the town, be sure to endorse it before sending or we will not be able to process it.

Include an email for a receipt, or a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Once your payment is processed, you may retrieve your receipt online at anytime.

If you come in person to pay with cash, you must have exact change.

Remit separate payments for dog licenses. There is an online form above specifically for dog licensing.

And last, any payment remitted after Jan. 31 must be processed at the Oneida County Treasurer's Office. Our books close on the town level Jan. 31, and everything gets turned over to the county.
